About The Role

We are seeking an experienced SOC 2 Auditor to lead and manage client engagements related to SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 examinations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of audits, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining high-quality standards, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT auditing, preferably with a Big 4 or a SOC-focused audit firm based in the US, and is proficient in using GRC and compliance tools such as Vanta, Drata, Secureframe, Archer, Workiva, or similar platforms.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution for SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 audits, ensuring alignment with professional standards and client requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth audit process.
• Collaborate with internal audit teams and clients to gather and assess evidence, identify potential gaps, and recommend remediation strategies.
• Develop and maintain audit work papers, reports, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize GRC and compliance platforms (e.g., Vanta, Drata, Secureframe, Archer, Workiva) to streamline audit workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, emerging technologies, and evolving best practices related to SOC audits and IT compliance.
• Support process improvements to optimize audit methodologies and enhance the overall client experience.
  
  

Requirements

• Has at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT auditing, preferably in a Big 4 accounting firm or a US-based SOC audit firm.
• Must have a certification with CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
• Has a solid understanding of SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 reporting frameworks and relevant auditing standards (e.g., AICPA Trust Services Criteria).
• Experience working directly with GRC and compliance tools such as Vanta, Drata, Secureframe, Archer, Workiva, or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
