Everything Virtual Assistant (EVA) is looking for an experienced Short-term Rental Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience with tools like Guesty and PriceLabs, and a solid background in managing Airbnb or other short-term rental operations, this is the opportunity for you.

You’ll play a critical role in day-to-day management—handling guest communication, coordinating bookings, optimizing pricing, and ensuring a 5-star experience across all properties.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, booking requests, and post-stay feedback via Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or messaging systems.
  • Booking Management: Oversee calendars, sync availability, manage reservations, and avoid double bookings using Guesty or similar platforms.
  • Dynamic Pricing: Leverage PriceLabs to optimize nightly rates and maximize revenue based on market demand and competitor trends.
  • Check-in/Check-out Coordination: Share guest access instructions, manage smart locks or key exchanges, and ensure smooth arrival/departure.
  • Turnover Scheduling: Coordinate cleaning and maintenance with vendors; ensure properties are guest-ready at all times.
  • Listing Management: Keep listings up-to-date with accurate descriptions, photos, and amenities to drive bookings.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns quickly, escalating when needed.
  • Performance Tracking: Keep logs of bookings, guest reviews, operational issues, and maintenance requests; provide regular reports.
  • Market Research: Monitor competitors, suggest listing improvements, and analyze guest trends for enhanced performance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage invoices, receipts, emails, and other backend tasks.

✅ Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in short-term rental or hospitality management.
  • Required: Hands-on experience with Guesty and PriceLabs.
  • Familiarity with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and other booking platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Reliable internet and a distraction-free home office setup.

💡 Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

  • Experience in social media or online rental marketing.
  • Basic graphic design for listing visuals.
  • Familiarity with short-term rental compliance and local regulations.
