About the Role


SmartScale360 is looking for a Property Management Specialist to support our U.S.-based property operations. You’ll handle daily property management tasks to ensure smooth operations and high-quality guest experiences.


This role is ideal for candidates with short-term rental or property operations experience who are proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Location: Remote

Salary: PHP 50,000/month + Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest communication across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, direct bookings)
  • Ensure timely, professional responses aligned with brand standards
  • Handle escalated guest issues via phone, email, or messaging
  • Proactively identify and resolve guest service gaps
  • Coordinate guest-related operational requests, including:
  • Pool heating requests
  • Guest special accommodations
  • Vendor coordination for cleaning and maintenance
  • Monitor supply inventory and coordinate restocking needs
  • Ensure listings are accurate and updated across all booking platforms
  • Process guest refunds accurately and promptly
  • Submit and track damage claims with insurance providers
  • Maintain and improve operational workflows and SOP compliance
  • Ensure consistent execution of property standards across all listings
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Uphold high service standards and overall guest experience quality
  • Perform administrative support tasks including data entry, tracking, record maintenance, and report updates
  • Maintain organized documentation of guest concerns, resolutions, and operational activities

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of property management or short-term rental experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to manage and lead remote teams
  • Customer service mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of accountability and ownership
