Job Title: Shopping Feed Specialist

Location: Fully Remote, Philippines

Salary: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Pacific Standard Time

Job Description

As a Shopping Feed Specialist, you will focus on stabilizing and optimizing shopping feed campaigns that represent the majority of the paid search budget and conversions. The role supports diagnosing structural feed and campaign issues, managing a very large product inventory, and partnering closely with the client to rebuild and organize shopping feed infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3 - 4 years of enterprise-level experience
• Strong attention to detail and experience managing large product inventories at scale.
• Candidates must be comfortable working with large data sets, performing repetitive tasks, and working with numbers.
• Experience with feed management optimization and mid-market or enterprise operations is required.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to partner, provide feedback, and help create processes are required.
  
  

Preferences

• Experience with feed management optimization tools such as Feedonomics is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with similar platforms including Channable or Versa Feed is acceptable.
• Candidates with experience using Google Merchant Center are preferred.
• Flexibility, curiosity, and a partnership mindset are valued, with openness to helping create processes rather than following rigid task instructions.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address structural issues causing campaign underperformance
• Manage and optimize large-scale product feeds (approximately 500,000 products)
• Review and analyze large sets of product and performance data
• Perform detailed, repetitive feed management tasks with high accuracy
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute feedback to improve processes
• Support feed cleanup and organization efforts in collaboration with feed partners
• Assist in categorizing large product inventories across campaigns
• Partner with the client to build and refine feed management processes

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

• A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
• A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
• A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
• Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
• Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
