You’ll play a pivotal role in an exciting international expansion, helping launch a dedicated UK e-commerce presence while maintaining and optimizing existing operations. Job Highlights

• Paid Hours per Week: 20
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible between 8AM to 4PM | Australian Eastern Time
• Work Arrangement: Work from home
• Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure a separate UK Shopify store linked to existing Australian operations
• Maintain and optimize the current Australian Shopify website with consistent updates
• Integrate Shopify apps and third-party tools to enhance business functionality
• Manage product listings and ensure seamless functionality across multiple stores
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Shopify-related issues
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement website improvements and changes
• Handle domain management and multi-store configurations within the Shopify ecosystem
• Perform general website maintenance and optimization tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Shopify development and management experience
• Strong proficiency with Shopify platform, themes, and app integrations
• Experience with e-commerce website setup and multi-store configurations
• Excellent English communication skills for seamless collaboration
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection and personal computer setup
• Bonus if you have experience with domain management and store linking
• It helps if you’ve worked with international e-commerce expansions
