About the Company: We operate a massive, growing portfolio of 12+ eCommerce brands, primarily dominating the Amazon U.S. marketplace. We are now aggressively expanding our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) footprint. This isn’t a small-scale operation; we are building out high-performance Shopify stores for every brand in our portfolio. We value long-term partnerships and are looking for a top-tier operator to join our established team in the Philippines.

About the Role: We are not looking for a junior administrator; we are looking for a Senior Shopify Expert who can "wow" us with their ability to build and manage multiple stores simultaneously. This role sits at the center of our DTC expansion. You will be the independent operator who takes a brand from an Amazon listing to a fully functional, optimized Shopify storefront.

The budget for this role is a significant "stretch" for us—exceeding even our developer rates—because we expect a candidate who requires zero training and can take full ownership of the backend, catalog management, and app ecosystem. You dont need to be a coder, but you must be a Shopify Power User who can navigate complex builds and high-SKU environments with ease.

Key Responsibilities

This role owns the full Shopify lifecycle across 12+ brands—from scratch builds to day-to-day catalog optimization.

Multi-Store Build & Launch

● End-to-End Setup: Build and launch new Shopify stores for each brand using standard tools, themes, and templates.

● Architecture: Configure navigation, menus, collections, and page logic from the

ground up.

● Cross-Team Sync: Work with our design team for brand assets and coordinate with developers only when custom functionality is required.

Store Operations & Catalog Management

● Massive Catalog Handling: Manage and update product catalogs, some containing hundreds of SKUs, ensuring accuracy in variants, tags, and pricing.

● App Ecosystem: Audit, install, and manage Shopify apps for reviews, upsells, subscriptions, and bundles.

● Content Optimization: Handle homepage updates, promotions, and basic on-page SEO to ensure the store stays fresh and searchable.

Team Coordination & Reporting

● Direct Liaison: Report directly to the U.S. leadership team on progress, timelines, and store performance.

● Project Management: Self-manage multiple store projects at once, ensuring high-quality output across the entire portfolio.

Qualifications

Required

● Expert Experience: 3+ years of senior-level Shopify management (building and managing stores end-to-end).

● Catalog Mastery: Proven experience handling large product catalogs (100+ SKUs) without losing attention to detail.

● Independent Operator: A "Top 1%" candidate who can navigate Shopify’s backend and app store with zero supervision.

● Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills for coordination with U.S. leadership.

Preferred (The "Wow" Factor)

● DTC Strategy: Familiarity with apps for bundling, high-converting upsells, and subscription models.

● Design Light: Experience with Figma, Canva, or Photoshop for light asset adjustments.

● U.S. Market Context: Prior experience working with high-volume U.S. eCommerce brands.

Success Metrics

● Build Speed: Ability to get a new brand live and functional within agreed-upon timelines.

● Catalog Integrity: 100% accuracy across hundreds of SKUs and variants.

● Operational Independence: Minimal need for technical intervention from the dev team for standard store functions.
