Job Overview

We are looking for a full-time Shopify Product Management Associate to support one of our online websites. This role will focus on maintaining and expanding our product catalog by updating existing products and adding new products from manufacturers. The ideal candidate has hands-on Shopify experience and strong attention to detail.


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $8.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: Monday to Friday ; Between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Midvale, Utah – MST) ; 30-minute paid break ; (40 hours per week)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor


Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain existing product listings on our website using Shopify
  • Add new manufacturer products to the website, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Source and research new manufacturers and product opportunities to expand the catalog
  • Ensure product information (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications) is accurate and up to date
  • Organize and maintain product data within Shopify
  • Collaborate with the internal team to support ongoing website updates and improvements


Requirements

  • Hands-on experience using Shopify (product uploads, updates, and management)
  • Experience adding and managing products from manufacturers
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage ongoing product updates
  • Willingness to work full-time
  • Open to candidates based in the Philippines


Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working with eCommerce or retail websites
  • Familiarity with product research or vendor sourcing
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce best practices
