About The Opportunity
The Service Consultant is responsible for leading the implementation of Dayforce Talent solutions for new clients and existing clients expanding their Talent portfolio. This role leverages proven and repeatable implementation practices to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client business objectives.
The Service Consultant partners closely with clients to design and configure optimal Talent solutions, ensuring efficient product utilization and a seamless transition to post-implementation support.
What You’ll Get To Do
- Lead and facilitate weekly client sessions across various Dayforce Talent products.
- Provide guidance and best practice recommendations on various Talent products to help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Identify, manage, and resolve project issues; escalate risks and roadblocks as appropriate.
- Configure, test, and implement solutions, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
- Contribute to project planning activities and ensure deliverables are completed on time, meet and/or exceed client expectations, and aligned with internal implementation standards.
- Ensure a smooth and successful transition to the support team at project completion.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in project tracking, time tracking, and client billing systems on a weekly basis.
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
- Support knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to strengthen overall Talent product expertise.
Skills And Experience We Value
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing or stakeholder-facing role within a professional services, consulting, HR, systems, or business environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading meetings, facilitating discussions, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into structured solutions.
- Experience working with business systems (e.g., HRIS, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise platforms).
- Experience implementing HRIS, Talent Management, or other SaaS solutions.
- Background in consulting or professional services environments.
- Experience supporting multi-project environments with competing deadlines.
