The Service Associate 30J25 plays an essential role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient demeanor required.
  • Previous customer service experience is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in standard office software such as MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Ability to empathize and remain calm under pressure is vital.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is highly desirable.
