In this role, you’ll collaborate with our marketing, content, and web development teams to develop, execute, and refine SEO strategies that align with business objectives. You will focus on on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve search rankings and overall website performance.

Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and AI search strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking to enhance search visibility.
Ensure all content is well-written, engaging, and optimized for SEO and user intent.
Implement SEO best practices in collaboration with content writers, developers, and designers.
On-Page & Technical SEO
Optimize landing pages, blog posts, and website content for SEO performance while maintaining clarity, readability, and brand voice.
Monitor and improve page speed, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals.
Implement structured data markup (Schema.org), XML sitemaps, and robots.txt optimizations.
Conduct site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
Off-Page SEO & Link Building
Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
Identify and build relationships with relevant websites for guest posting, backlinking, and outreach.
Craft high-quality outreach emails and collaboration proposals to acquire backlinks from authoritative sources.
Monitor backlink profiles to ensure quality and compliance with SEO best practices.
SEO Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Provide clear and well-structured reports on SEO progress, keyword rankings, and traffic growth.
Use A/B testing and data analysis to refine SEO strategies and maximize ROI.
Collaboration & Digital Strategy
Work closely with content creators, developers, and paid media teams to align SEO efforts with marketing initiatives.
Provide SEO recommendations for blog articles, landing pages, and website redesigns while ensuring content is grammatically sound, engaging, and audience-friendly.
Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging SEO technologies.
Requirements:
3-5 years of SEO experience required
Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles and how AI integrates with this.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
Ability to interpret SEO data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
Experience with site speed optimization, structured data, and mobile-first indexing.
Content & Communication Skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English.
Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content optimized for SEO and readability.
Strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in content.
Experience writing and refining website copy, meta descriptions, blog posts, and outreach materials for SEO purposes.
Confident in communicating SEO concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical teams.
Soft Skills & Collaboration
Ability to communicate complex SEO concepts in a clear and professional manner.
Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
