Job Overview

You’ll own the digital marketing strategy for a thriving immigration law practice, directly impacting lead generation across three major metropolitan markets. This role offers the perfect blend of technical SEO expertise and paid advertising management, where your skills will drive measurable growth for a business that changes lives. You’ll have the autonomy to implement comprehensive strategies while working alongside an existing marketing team that values specialized expertise and data-driven results.


Job Highlights

  • Paid Hours per Week: 20
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, Flexible within clients business hours | Eastern Time
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value search terms for immigration law services
  • Execute strategic link building campaigns to improve domain authority and search rankings
  • Perform on-page SEO optimization across multiple website properties and locations
  • Handle technical SEO implementation and troubleshooting for enhanced site performance
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns specifically designed for lead generation
  • Provide ongoing management and refinement of paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Maintain and optimize Google Business profiles across Atlanta, Philadelphia, and New York locations
  • Create and post engaging content for Google Business listings including photos and updates
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide analytical insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with existing marketing team members on integrated digital strategies


Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO with demonstrated results in keyword research, link building, and on-page optimization
  • Strong background in Google Ads management and campaign optimization for lead generation
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
  • Technical SEO knowledge and implementation capabilities
  • Google Business profile management experience across multiple locations
  • Ability to work independently without extensive training or supervision
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance
  • Bonus if you have experience in legal services marketing or local SEO for professional services
