Job Description
As an SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist, your role will be centered on technical website audits, content optimization, long-form content creation, keyword research, and search performance improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience as an SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Strong background in keyword research, on-page SEO, and content strategy
Familiarity with technical SEO and site auditing tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
Experience building local citations and backlinks
Strong copywriting skills (blogs, service pages, GBP posts)
Data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits for redesigned or underperforming websites
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues including crawlability, indexing, site structure, metadata, page speed, and on-page optimization
Develop SEO strategies aligned with client goals and performance metrics
Convert YouTube video content into long-form SEO-optimized blog posts with research, visuals, and structured formatting
Research and write blog articles based on trending news topics for Google Discover and Google News optimization
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
Optimize website content for search rankings and user engagement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain publishing schedules
Monitor SEO performance and provide actionable insights
Support SEO initiatives for the company’s internal website as needed
Successful candidates for this role are expected to possess the following attributes:
Must have excellent English communication skills.
Has the ability to complete projects in a timely manner and quickly adjust to changing circumstances and embrace new technologies, processes, or methods.
Great logical and verbal reasoning skills.
Exceptionally detail-oriented.
Exceptional problem-solving and information-processing skills.
Ability to think outside the box.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.
Must be comfortable with using a time-tracking software for payroll purposes.
Must be willing to undergo a background verification check during the final stages of the hiring process.
Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:
A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
