We help thousands of businesses kick admin, accounting and bookkeeping out of their day-to-day, so they can spend more time on whats important to them. Weve developed a unique solution that combines SaaS with a human-in-the-loop approach to provide full-fledged services in real-time.

We’re experiencing rapid growth in both client base and team, which now comprises around 500 people across our offices worldwide. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for more bright minds who are excited to make a real impact by solving complex problems.

What Youll Do

• Own the technical architecture of our Next.js website and quiz application, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Design and manage our headless CMS (Strapi), including complex data models and custom Editor.js components for dynamic content (e.g., billing integration).
• Optimize frontend performance, with a strong focus on Core Web Vitals, static generation strategies, and SEO.
• Build and maintain integrations with internal services (billing systems) and external tools (CRMs, marketing automation).
• Develop data processing logic using Node.js for build-time scripts and server-side transformations.
• Drive full-cycle development — from breaking down requirements and estimating tasks to writing clean code and ensuring test coverage with Playwright.
• Own the quiz application logic — a dynamic, state-driven system configured in Strapi and integrated with backend APIs.
• Collaborate with a mid-level developer, providing architectural guidance and unblocking complex issues.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage project expectations.
  
  

Who You Are

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with strong expertise in React (hooks), Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of SSR, SSG, and frontend performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading).
• Experience with headless CMS platforms (Strapi preferred) and extending their functionality.
• Proven ability to work with integrations and data flows — you quickly adapt to new APIs and services.
• Strong Node.js skills for build-time scripts and data processing.
• Excellent problem-solving and architectural thinking — you design systems, not just write code.
• Comfortable working directly with non-technical stakeholders and collaborating in small teams.
• Self-directed, proactive, and passionate about staying current with industry trends.
