Senior Web Developer UI UX Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer/ UI/UX Designer with proven experience designing and developing responsive websites and sales landing pages with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple client projects and design fast and efficiently.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 5:00 pm, or 10:00 am to 06:00 pm ET – Miami USA Time zone

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive websites and sales landing pages primarily using WordPress
• Create high-quality UI/UX designs that are visually engaging, intuitive, and conversion-focused
• Translate design concepts into functional front-end experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and development
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality
• Optimize websites for SEO Optimization, content management, and website analytics, page speed, and user experience
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics
• Integrate and manage CRM platforms such as HubSpot and GoHighLevel (GHL)

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in web design and development, particularly with WordPress
• Strong UI/UX design expertise (this is a MUST)
• Advanced proficiency in: Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Must already have paid access to Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Solid front-end development skills in: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot and GoHighLevel
• Strong understanding of: SEO best practices, Content management systems, Website analytics
• Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to design quickly without compromising quality
• Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
