About Our Client

The hiring company is a large organization operating within the business services industry. This role will sit under their Global Business Service in the Philippines.

Job Description

Analyze, Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focusing on customer service.
Monitor and assess the quality of work to ensure adherence to company standards.
Analyze training needs and provide tailored solutions to address skill gaps.
Collaborate with department leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives.
Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Develop training plan for new joiners, including mock tests etc., to ensure they have a clear guidelines and appropriate knowledge to respond/ resolve "live" cases/ calls/ interactions.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Senior Specialist, Training & Quality Should Have

Minimum Bachelors Degree in a business or IT related field required. MBA preferred.
At least 5 years of experience, in a call centre or BPO or similar service organisations, as quality assurance or training role.
Experience of providing feedback or coach teams to improve Operations quality.
Process documentation and management experience with ISO 9001 training/ certification or similar preferred.
Strong empathy and customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations and ability to motivate and engage teams.
