The client is a design and creative studio serving Western and Australian businesses. They specialize in brand, visual, and digital content solutions, prioritizing clear, direct communication, consistency, and precise operational execution across all creative touchpoints.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned, highly accountable Senior Social Media Coordinator to manage day-to-day execution across core social media channels. This is a 100% hands-on execution and publishing role—NOT a strategic position. Campaign planning, high-level strategy, and analytics remain strictly with the client's internal team.

The client values consistency over flair—calm, predictable, and accurate delivery over high-concept creative spark. Above all, this role requires radical transparency and proactive communication. We are looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, flags blockers the second they surface, and actively seeks clarity when a brief is ambiguous rather than defaulting to false reassurances.

• Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Australian Time (AEST / AEDT)
• Weekend Engagement / Shift Flexibility: Occasional weekend engagement monitoring (e.g., up to 4 hours/day on weekends) managed via a Compensatory Time Off (CTO) credit policy, allowing offset weekday hours to maintain work-life balance without overtime fatigue.

What You’ll Do

• Template-Led Captioning: Write clear, accurate captions aligned with brand tone and guidelines across all posts.
• Grid Curation & Layouts: Curate visual grids and organize content layouts to maintain client visual standards.
• Multi-Platform Scheduling: Schedule and publish content accurately across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, applying genuine platform/algorithm knowledge to formatting.
• Daily Community Engagement: Perform daily, active community management across platforms, engaging authentically rather than relying on mechanical or automated posting.
• Proactive Status & EOD Reporting: Deliver honest, detailed End-of-Day (EOD) updates outlining completed tasks, works-in-progress, and uncompleted items.
• Immediate Blocker Escalation: Flag technical issues, content blockers, or tight timelines the moment they arise—asking clarifying questions on vague briefs instead of making assumptions or giving false reassurance.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of professional, hands-on experience in social media execution and publishing (non-strategic, operational delivery).
• Demonstrated experience working directly with Western or Australian businesses/clients, with strong comfort in direct, transparent, and proactive communication.
• Practical, hands-on execution experience managing and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube with a solid understanding of platform formats and algorithms.
• A strong commitment to proactive communication, high accuracy, and consistency over creative flair.
• The professional maturity and confidence to raise flags, admit when something is unclear ("I'm not sure"), and seek clarification rather than giving false reassurance.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong adherence to explicit instructions, and a process-oriented mindset.
