Job Overview

The Paid Ads - Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the companys social media advertising campaigns to drive business results. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and their advertising tools. The specialist will work closely with other marketing teams, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure that the companys brand message is consistent and effectively communicated through paid social media channels.


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $13.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: Full Time (35 hours or more per week)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor


Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities


  • Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Develop and maintain a paid media strategy that aligns with the companys business goals.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing teams to create compelling ad creatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum returns on ad spend.
  • Work closely with paid media counterparts and agencies to improve KPIs for paid media channels.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
