What You’ll Be Doing

Own the build. Shape the solution.

You’ll join the Project Delivery Team, taking full ownership of Shopify builds from concept to launch. Projects typically run 8–14 weeks, and you’ll play a central role in turning design and strategy into high-performing ecommerce experiences.

• Lead Projects: Manage end-to-end Shopify builds from initial setup to final launch.
• Technical Leadership: Manage your own workstreams and occasionally guide another developer.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work with Project Managers to determine the best technical approach for complex requirements and integrations.
• Problem Solving: Act as a technical escalation point to help other developers navigate challenging implementation issues.
• Full Lifecycle: Work across theme development, integrations, functionality, and deployment.
• Quality Control: Perform code reviews and help maintain clean, maintainable, production-quality code.
• Scoping: Provide technical input for Discovery Documents and Statements of Work to ensure projects are scoped realistically.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 5+ years of proven experience leading and delivering Shopify projects from concept through launch.
• API Expertise: Deep expertise with Shopify APIs, including both the Storefront API and Shopify Admin API.
• Core Skills: Advanced development skills in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and Vanilla JavaScript.
• Modern Workflow: Strong experience with modern workflows, including Tailwind and GitHub version control.
• Integrations: Hands-on experience integrating third-party systems such as CRM platforms, search/merchandising tools, shipping, tax, and subscription services.
• Design Fluency: Comfort working with Figma designs and collaborating within agency-style delivery environments (highly preferred).
