Senior SEO Specialist

Scope

• Work within established procedures and SOPs with some training provided
• Handle both technical SEO implementation and local optimization tasks
• Support agency’s pivot from paid advertising to organic search strategies

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break

Responsibilities

• Execute established SEO procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for client campaigns
• Perform geo-tagging activities for clients across various contractor niches
• Manage and post content on clients’ Google Business Profiles
• Implement technical SEO optimizations based on AI recommendations and algorithm updates
• Follow structured workflows while applying technical SEO knowledge to ensure quality execution
• Support the transition from local service ads to organic SEO strategies
• Handle fulfillment tasks for multiple contractor clients simultaneously

Requirements

• Technical background and understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Knowledge of AI-driven SEO recommendations and Google algorithm changes
• Experience with Google Business Profile management and local SEO tactics
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs while applying critical thinking and technical expertise
• Understanding of geo-tagging strategies and local search optimization
• Familiarity with contractor/service-based business SEO challenges preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts
• Candidate should be a Senior SEO Strategist/ SEO Expert
• MUST possess Customer Success attributes and strong English vocabulary
