Senior Salesforce Developer Philippines Based - WFH

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the architecture, development, integration, security, and governance of an enterprise Salesforce platform. The consultant will build scalable solutions, establish development standards, improve data quality, and ensure the platform is secure, analytics-ready, and prepared for future AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
• Develop complex solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and APIs.
• Lead technical design reviews and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Establish data governance, validation, deduplication, ownership, and quality standards.
• Architect integrations with data warehouses, marketing platforms, telephony, and enterprise applications.
• Manage Salesforce security, permissions, authentication, encryption, and compliance controls.
• Implement DevOps practices using GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, sandbox strategies, and release governance.
• Evaluate AppExchange and third-party tools for security, scalability, and architectural fit.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, IT, Security, Compliance, and Business Analysis teams.
  
  

• 7+ years of Salesforce development and platform experience.
• Strong experience in Salesforce architecture and enterprise implementations.
• Advanced expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations, and API architecture.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and complex sales processes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data governance and data-quality frameworks.
• Experience with GitHub, CI/CD, DevOps, and release management.
• Understanding of Salesforce AI capabilities and modern automation frameworks.
