Talent Right is an end to end recruitment business that supports SMEs across Australia and New Zealand with recruitment assignments in both white and blue collar industries.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced recruiter that is used to working with both candidates and clients across email, phone and zoom. This is not just a "sourcing role, this is a job for a senior recruiter who enjoys being involved in all parts of the recruitment process from client job briefings, mapping out target candidates for search activities, screening and interviewing, organising interviews and closing placements.
Exceptional communication skills are critical, we require the best of the best verbal and written communication as you will be the face of Talent Right when meeting candidates during interviews and when taking part in Job briefings alongside your manager.
Quality is key, we have built a reputation of providing both our clients and candidates with exceptional service as well as exceptional candidates, as a result our clients come back to us for help time and time again.
There is no room for corner cutting and your ability to spot "red flags" and "qualify candidates" with robust interviewing techniques is critical. You will enjoy working closely with candidates but have the confidence to know when a match isnt right and make a call, your decisions are trusted.
Attitude is important, we are a small close knit team so playing your part to meet team goals is key although whilst you will be part of a team you must also have the independence to work on your own with your assignments. You will be trusted to deliver "on-brief" candidates from both advertising campaigns and your own pro-active sourcing activities and present them in a "client ready" manner to management.
If you have used JobAdder before this is an advantage but not essential, however experience using a recruitment CRM is a must, it would be useful if you have used LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent for sourcing however training can be provided.
This is a role for someone who likes candidates, not hiding behind emails and SMSs, you will be the decision maker on who makes the cut to be presented to management for review, taking pride in your work.
