About The Role

The Senior Marketing Manager, B2B Growth and Revenue will lead EDGE Tutor’s growth efforts across the B2B space, focusing on acquiring, retaining, and expanding client partnerships with education companies, learning platforms, and institutions worldwide.

This role is both strategic and managerial: you will oversee B2B marketing, design and execute the company’s sales playbook, and ensure all marketing and outreach activities are aligned with revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Management

  • Develop and implement EDGE Tutor’s overall B2B sales strategy, including segmentation, pipeline design, and performance metrics.
  • Build scalable systems for outreach automation, email campaigns, and CRM pipeline management using tools like Apollo, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel (GHL), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Track and analyze performance data to optimize conversion rates and sales efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and COO to identify new markets, design partnership models, and define quarterly sales targets.

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Oversee B2B marketing campaigns that build EDGE Tutor’s brand authority, elevate visibility across global markets and generate consistent lead growth.
  • Develop high-quality marketing materials and email sequences aligned with the EDGE Tutor brand.
  • Coordinate with creative and content specialists to ensure consistent messaging across digital platforms (LinkedIn, website, newsletters, etc.).
  • Measure and report marketing ROI, conversion performance, and campaign impact. Use data analytics and marketing insights to forecast demand, refine targeting, and continuously improve channel performance.
  • Strengthen EDGE Tutor’s presence in the global education and outsourcing landscape through thought leadership and partnerships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Develop quarterly revenue forecasts and performance dashboards for leadership reporting.
  • Work with Operations to ensure sales promises are met with consistent delivery.
  • Establish feedback loops with account management to enhance client retention and expansion strategies.
  • Partner with Finance to set pricing structures, revenue forecasts, and quarterly performance targets.
  • Contribute to leadership discussions on strategy, growth planning, and organizational development.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role in B2B marketing, or business development.
  • Proven success in managing marketing teams for international or remote-first companies.
  • Strong familiarity with sales and marketing tools such as Apollo, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel (GHL), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and similar CRMs.
  • Experience designing and executing email marketing campaigns and automated lead nurturing workflows.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and leadership skills with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Work Set-up And Requirements

  • Schedule: Schedule: May require flexible hours but with focus on mid-shift (start of shift at 12NN or 1PM)
  • Workdays: Five-day workweek with two rest days.
  • Location: Fully remote, with once-a-month in-person gatherings within the NCR area
  • Fully comfortable with time monitoring software
  • Desktop/laptop with Intel i5 (10th gen), 8GB RAM or higher
  • Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed with backup connection
  • Backup power supply for at least 8 hours
