We are seeking a results-driven Senior Lead Generation Specialist to play a critical role in generating high-quality leads for the sales team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on business growth in a fast-paced, results-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and highly organized, with the ability to deliver measurable results.



Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Brisbane Time with a 30-minute paid break (8 hours per day / 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads across Australia to support mortgage brokers
  • Manage and maintain accurate lead data within Hubspot CRM
  • Achieve and exceed measurable targets, with the ability to produce qualified leads on a daily basis
  • Collaborate with management to refine lead generation strategies and processes
  • Provide professional and consistent engagement with prospective clients over calls and emails
  • Adapt approaches based on market conditions and feedback to optimise lead generation
  • Actively participate in team meetings, sharing real-time insights and regularly contributing to process improvements
  • Identify key target areas and LOBs
  • Create periodic reporting for updates with superiors



Requirements

  • Ability to achieve and exceed measurable targets, with consistent delivery of qualified leads on a daily basis
  • Proven experience in lead generation within financial services or mortgage brokering
  • Strong track record of producing both high-volume and high-quality leads for niche services, consistently meeting Tier 1 sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and confident sales presence
  • Strong analytical skills — able to assess performance, report insights, pivot strategies, and optimise lead generation campaigns
  • Experience acting as a strategic partner in lead generation initiatives (providing insights and recommendations), not just executing tasks
  • Has worked closely with senior leadership or C-Suite stakeholders and delivered measurable results

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
