Job Description

  • Architect, build, and maintain complex automation workflows, sequences, and lead-nurturing campaigns.
  • Manage the entire HubSpot instance (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs), ensuring seamless data flow and process integrity.
  • Own database management, segmentation, and data hygiene, ensuring all information is clean, accurate, and actionable.
  • Create and manage custom reports, properties, and dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Serve as the primary technical expert for all HubSpot integrations with other platforms (e.g., website CMS, finance tools).
  • Support and train sales and marketing teams on HubSpot best practices, tools, and processes.
  • Proactively identify and implement new HubSpot features and strategies to elevate our marketing and sales operations.

Qualification

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a HubSpot-centric role (e.g., HubSpot Admin, Marketing Ops).
  • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing complex, multi-stage automation and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of CRM database management, data hygiene, and segmentation strategy.
  • Proven ability to build custom reports and dashboards that translate data into strategic insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves

  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Software, Sales Software, RevOps).
  • Experience with the HubSpot Service Hub.
  • Familiarity with HubSpots API and managing custom integrations.
  • A background in Revenue Operations (RevOps) or Sales Operations.
