Job Description

Architect, build, and maintain complex automation workflows, sequences, and lead-nurturing campaigns.
Manage the entire HubSpot instance (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs), ensuring seamless data flow and process integrity.
Own database management, segmentation, and data hygiene, ensuring all information is clean, accurate, and actionable.
Create and manage custom reports, properties, and dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Serve as the primary technical expert for all HubSpot integrations with other platforms (e.g., website CMS, finance tools).
Support and train sales and marketing teams on HubSpot best practices, tools, and processes.
Proactively identify and implement new HubSpot features and strategies to elevate our marketing and sales operations.

Qualification

Must-Haves:

2+ years of hands-on experience in a HubSpot-centric role (e.g., HubSpot Admin, Marketing Ops).
Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs.
Demonstrable experience designing and implementing complex, multi-stage automation and workflows.
Strong understanding of CRM database management, data hygiene, and segmentation strategy.
Proven ability to build custom reports and dashboards that translate data into strategic insights.
Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves

HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Software, Sales Software, RevOps).
Experience with the HubSpot Service Hub.
Familiarity with HubSpots API and managing custom integrations.
A background in Revenue Operations (RevOps) or Sales Operations.
