Your Role:

As a Graphic Designer , you will :

Design digital materials, including landing pages, emails, presentations, and web content as assigned

Ability to work within a dynamic, collaborative team environment

Understand and uphold Nice North America design graphic standards, including the family of multiple sub- brands as established by Senior Management

Ensure brand consistency and messaging across multiple devices and channels

Meet with the Creative Director on a regular basis to understand and formulate curren direction and improvements

Strive to ensure excitement, impact, and accuracy in all marketing design efforts

Review all design and concepts with the Creative Director for final production

Adhere to demands of production schedule and be aware of release schedule and devote time necessary to meet deadlines

Maintain responsibility for projects through final execution, including QA and reviewing and signing off on all revisions and production phases to ensure the best quality

Ensures all department projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization;s established policies and objectives

Implements and maintains department policies and standards

Required to have a strong comfort level communicating throughout all levels of the organization

Understand, support, and execute all work according to the established procedures of the organization

Implement and maintains department policies and standards

Carry out ad hoc project-based assignments as requested

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience in graphic design or related field experience with 5+ years of related work experience in digital design required

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, AfterEffects. AI image and video generation experience a plus.

Knowledge of designing for responsive websites, landing pages, eCommerce principles and HTML emails

Experienced in web design for e-commerce

Up-to-date with mobile and digital trends

Experience with video editing is a plus

Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus

Strong UI/UX understanding, with dedication to building on current best practices
