Job Role Summary/Overview

You’ll take ownership of Google Ads strategy for a multi-entity business operation, where your expertise directly drives new customer acquisition and revenue growth. This part-time role offers the perfect balance of meaningful impact and flexibility, allowing you to apply advanced digital marketing skills across diverse pool service and supply businesses. You’ll have the autonomy to optimize campaigns and implement strategies that make a measurable difference.


Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: USD 12, the equivalent in your local currency
  • Paid Hours per Week: 20 hours
  • Schedule: Part-time (20+ hours per week, 4 hours daily minimum) | Pacific Time (California)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across five business entities
  • Develop targeted advertising strategies for different customer segments and services
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets for maximum ROI
  • Analyze marketing metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Create compelling ad copy and landing page recommendations
  • Coordinate marketing efforts across multiple business units
  • Track and report on key performance indicators and conversion metrics
  • Stay current with Google Ads best practices and platform updates


Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with demonstrated results
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign optimization
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and performance tracking platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience with budget management and ROI analysis
  • Bonus if you have experience in service-based industries
  • It helps if you’re familiar with multi-location or multi-brand marketing
