Introduction:

Teraleads is building a fast-growing AI-powered CRM and customer engagement platform that helps businesses manage leads, communications, and sales workflows more effectively. We build scalable, high-performance systems used by teams across regions, and we’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help shape the next phase of our platform.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React, Node.js, and Python to design, build, and scale core CRM features. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure, and user-friendly solutions. Experience in CRM or SaaS products is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and Python
• Build and optimize scalable backend services and APIs (REST / GraphQL)
• Develop modern, responsive, and high-performance front-end interfaces
• Work on CRM modules such as lead management, automation, reporting, and integrations
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices
• Participate in architecture decisions and technical planning

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in React.js (hooks, state management, performance optimization)
• Solid backend experience with Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar)
• Strong experience with Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar)
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment workflows
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience building or working on CRM systems or SaaS platforms
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience with real-time systems, messaging, or integrations (e.g., email, SMS, WhatsApp, VoIP)
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized environments
• Experience working with multi-timezone and multi-region systems
• Experience Building AI Agents or Gen-AI Projects
