Job Description

The Role

Were seeking 1-2 full-stack developers to join our team. Youll work on a 50/50 split between client projects and internal product development (with potential to shift toward heavier client work based on business needs).

Requirements:

  • 5+ years full-stack development experience
  • Proven AI/LLM integration experience (Claude, GPT, Gemini, or similar)
  • Can architect solutions independently with minimal guidance
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to advise on additional skillset needs for scaling projects



Core Technical Requirements (MUST HAVE)

These skills are non-negotiable. You must have hands-on experience or strong willingness to learn within the first 30 days.

Automa on & AI Integration

  • N8N (Fluent): Must be fluent in building complex workflows, API integra ons, and automa on sequences
  • LLM Competency: Experience integra ng Claude, GPT, Gemini, or similar LLMs via APIs
  • AI Bots & Agents: Build and manage AI-powered bots, agents, lead generators, and site scrapers

Productivity Suite Management

  • Google Workspace: Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs
  • Microso 365: Familiarity with Outlook, OneDrive, Office applica ons
  • Migra on Exper se: Successfully migrate Microso (Outlook, Drive) to Google Workspace environment
  • No on: Build, manage, and troubleshoot No on workspaces, databases, and automations

Website Development & Maintenance

Pla orm Exper se (Must be comfortable with ALL):

  • WordPress / WooCommerce: Theme customization, plugin management, e commerce configura on
  • Webflow: Design implementation, CMS configuration, responsive development
  • Shopify: Store setup, theme development, app integration
  • React/Python: Custom web applications, single-page apps, progressive web apps

Website Management Skills:

  • Build and maintain client and internal websites
  • Research and select best plugins for: speed opmiza on, checkout incentives, ered pricing
  • Conduct comprehensive site audits (performance, SEO, security, accessibility)
  • Research and implement tools for site metric tracking (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)

Hosting & Infrastructure (MUST HAVE)

  • Hands-on experience with both Siteground and AWS is required. Willingness to learn the other if only experienced with one.
  • Siteground: WordPress hos ng management, server configura on, caching opmiza on
  • AWS Services: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront (familiarity with core services)
  • DNS Management: Configure DNS records, manage domain rou ng, troubleshoot propaga on issues
  • SSL Certificates: Install, renew, and troubleshoot SSL/TLS certificates
  • Domain Setup: Register, configure, and manage domain names across registrars
  • Site Migrations: Migrate websites between hosts, platforms, or servers with zero downme
  • Physical Backups: Implement automated backup systems, test restoration procedures
  • Staging Environments: Develop and manage staging environments for testing before production deployment



Compliance & Security (MUST HAVE)

  • HIPAA Compliance: Understand requirements for healthcare data protection, secure data handling
  • GDPR Compliance: Data privacy regulations, user consent management, data retention policies
  • Security Best Practices: Authentication, authorization, encryption, vulnerability assessment

Application Development

  • Native Applications: Build mobile or desktop applications (React Native, Electron, or similar)
  • Web-Based Applications: Progressive web apps, single-page applications, dashboards

Project Management & Client Relations

  • Generate realistic timelines and milestones for complex projects
  • Multi-task across client projects and internal development
  • Understand client needs and translate them into technical architecture
  • Advise on additional skillsets required for larger-scale projects



Additional Technical Requirements

  • React: Modern component architecture, hooks, state management
  • Node.js: Backend development, API design, server-side logic
  • Python: Scrip ng, automation, data processing, AI integrations
  • Database Systems: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar (SQL and/or NoSQL proficiency)
  • Version Control: Git/GitHub workflows, branching strategies, code reviews



Nice-to-Have Skills

  • RFID/wearable technology integration experience
  • Experience working with government/military sector clients
  • UI/UX design sensibility
  • CI/CD pipeline setup (GitHub Ac ons, Jenkins, etc.)

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
