About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our clients Finance team and provide strategic insights that support decision-making across the business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving accurate management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. You will act as a collaborative partner across functions, working closely with senior stakeholders to align financial targets with operational goals.

• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm AEDT/AEST (5:00 am to 2:00 pm PHT)
• Work set-up: Remote

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Planning: Support and enhance the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Insightful Reporting: Produce reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leaders.
• Business Partnership: Partner with department leaders to align KPIs and financial targets with operational goals.
• Data & Automation: Enhance financial models and Power BI dashboards, driving automation in partnership with systems teams.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities and execute changes to improve financial processes and systems.
• Compliance & Support: Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls while providing ad hoc finance team support.

What You Bring

• Background: Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting analysis, preferably within retail, e-commerce, or supply chain.
• Certification: Qualified CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Excel and proven experience developing financial models to drive commercial decisions.
• Tech Savvy: A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation, automation, and emerging technologies (experience with Power BI is a plus).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills; ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Startup Mindset: Comfortable with a fast-paced environment where you "Test, Learn, and Adapt" quickly.
