Senior Electrical Estimator-Infrastructure Projects

Job Highlights:

• Contract type: Independent Contractor
• Schedule: 9am-5pm AEST
• Rate: Up to Php404 per hour approximately Php70,049 per month (to be paid on the selected candidates local currency)

Scope:

• Focus on electrical infrastructure estimation and project support.
• Work primarily on electricity distribution network projects within the Sydney metropolitan area.
• Collaborate closely with existing estimation team members.
• Support Level 1 Accredited Service Provider operations

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the estimation team.
• Prepare and complete electrical infrastructure project estimations and pricing using Excel.
• Draft tender letters and prepare supporting documentation in Word.
• Develop and manage project programs using Microsoft Project.
• Support estimation processes for electricity distribution network projects.
• Collaborate with existing estimators on project assessments.
• Provide technical expertise for electrical infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

• Electrical engineering qualification or degree.
• Proven experience in electrical infrastructure projects.
• Advanced Excel skills for estimation and pricing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word for tender documentation.
• Strong understanding and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Microsoft Project for program development and management.
• Familiarity with electricity distribution networks (experience with Endeavour Energy and Ausgrid preferred).
• Strong communication skills, including for remote collaboration.
• Bonus: Experience pricing electrical infrastructure works and Level 1 Accredited Service Provider works on the Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy networks.
