Job Role Summary/Overview

You’ll own the complete digital marketing strategy for a unique healthcare practice that’s changing how children approach vision correction. Job Highlights

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from scratch for specialized pediatric healthcare services
• Create and manage entire online presence across relevant digital platforms and social media channels
• Design targeted marketing campaigns reaching parents of children with vision challenges
• Build marketing infrastructure, processes, and systems with complete ownership of the function
• Generate strategic recommendations for marketing tools, platforms, and growth opportunities
• Manage content creation and brand messaging for specialized medical services targeting families
• Track and optimize campaign performance to increase patient acquisition and brand awareness
• Work independently to achieve marketing goals with minimal direction or oversight

Requirements

• Senior-level digital marketing experience with a proven track record of building marketing systems from the ground up
• Experience marketing healthcare services or specialized professional services (bonus if pediatric or family-focused)
• Proficiency with advanced digital marketing tools and platforms beyond basic design software
• Strong understanding of target audience development and campaign optimization for niche markets
• It helps if you have experience with medical practice marketing or family-oriented service businesses
