Role Overview:

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and maintaining the client’s day-to-day marketing systems. This role focuses on implementation, coordination, and upkeep of marketing activities to ensure consistent brand visibility, reliable lead generation, and accurate CRM management.


This is a hands-on execution role. Marketing strategy, positioning, budgets, and messaging direction are provided by the business owner. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to work autonomously, follow established processes, and deliver high-quality output with minimal supervision.


Job Highlights:

  • Hourly Rate: USD 7.50, the equivalent in your local currency
  • Paid Hours per Week: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST (Brisbane), with 30 minutes paid break
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Production: Convert raw ideas, voice notes, and videos into polished social posts, captions, blog content, and email copy. Repurpose long-form content into short-form formats (Reels/Shorts).
  • Social Media Management: Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and YouTube. Handle inbox engagement and maintain brand consistency for the QLD/NSW high-end residential market.
  • Paid Advertising: Execute and monitor Meta Lead Ads, Google Search, and YouTube remarketing campaigns. Manage budgets, refresh creatives/audiences, and ensure lead flow.
  • CRM Administration (GoHighLevel): Build and maintain pipelines, tags, and automated follow-up workflows. Perform regular data audits and lead-tracking reports.
  • Reporting: Deliver weekly/monthly reports on content activity, ad performance, and lead generation health.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Platforms: Advanced proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, and GoHighLevel (or similar CRM).
  • Creative Tools: Advanced skills in Canva and CapCut.
  • Operations: Experience with Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of high-end service-based or residential construction sectors.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English; ability to work autonomously in a remote, multi-timezone environment.
