Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Support Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising management and provide strategic insights
  • Handle SEO management and website optimization initiatives
  • Assist with general administrative processes and backend business operations
  • Follow up with clients as needed to support marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate directly with business owners on digital marketing strategy and execution


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads management, optimization, and performance analysis
  • Experience with Meta advertising platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization
  • Understanding of the Australian market and consumer behavior
  • Experience working with fashion or retail brands is preferred
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities effectively

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
