Senior Digital Designer

About this role

ADAPT is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Designer to join our growing Marketing and Product Delivery team, reporting into Product Marketing. This role focuses on web and product UI/UX design while also producing high-quality graphic design across our marketing and sales collateral. You will not only execute designs but provide creative direction, elevate our brand across every touchpoint, and improve the experience of our digital products and campaigns.

We are looking for someone who understands both web and graphic design, has hands-on experience with Figma and modern design tooling, and thrives in a collaborative, high-performing, distributed team.

• Design and maintain high-quality, responsive web experiences and product UI/UX for ADAPT’s website and Research & Advisory portal
• Produce product, go-to-market, and thought-leadership marketing collateral in partnership with Product, GTM, and marketing stakeholders
• Build and maintain reusable design templates across web, blog, YouTube, and LinkedIn to ensure brand consistency at scale
• Collaborate with marketers, product managers, and developers to translate requirements into polished, on-brand design
• Identify UX and visual improvements and propose innovative solutions across digital products and campaigns
• Support sales and client success asset design, and contribute to content and social creative as needed
• Contribute to design systems, documentation, and best practices for the team
• Mentor junior designers and support the team in maintaining high-quality design standards

• 6+ years of professional design experience, primarily in web design, with strong graphic design capability
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, design systems, and prototyping
• Proven experience designing responsive websites and product UI/UX
• Experience producing marketing and sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, campaign assets) that balances brand and function
• Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
• Familiarity with collaborating alongside developers and understanding of web/design handoff workflows
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend design improvements based on brand and platform considerations

• Curious and proactive, with a desire to explore new design approaches and push creative boundaries
• Opinionated and constructive, bringing a strong point of view to web and product design and the confidence to challenge decisions when it leads to a better outcome
• Solutions-oriented and able to propose better ways of working for the team and product
• Comfortable collaborating across functions, balancing brand, technical constraints, and user experience
• Able to work independently with a high degree of accountability and autonomy
• Passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences to a growing user base
