About The Role

We are building and maintaining an active talent pool of pre‑qualified Kafka and Confluent specialists to support upcoming client placements and project deployments. This posting is part of our proactive recruitment strategy to ensure a minimum of five available candidates at any given time.

Key Focus Areas

• Apache Kafka: Distributed messaging, event streaming, cluster management, and performance optimization.
• Confluent Platform: Stream processing, connectors, schema registry, and enterprise‑grade integration.
• Data Integration & Scalability: Designing resilient architectures for real‑time data pipelines.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer with Kafka and Confluent in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in distributed systems, event streaming, and real‑time data processing.
• Hands‑on expertise with Kafka Connect, KSQL, Schema Registry, and Confluent Cloud.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Relevant certifications (Confluent Certified Developer/Administrator) are highly valued.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
