Our Digital Integrations Platform is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our growing global team. In this role, you will lead a group of data engineers responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data infrastructures and pipelines that support key business initiatives. You’ll oversee the scalability, performance, and reliability of our data ecosystem while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise in cloud-based data engineering and a passion for building high-performing teams.

What youll do

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support data ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of 2–6 Data Engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to foster growth and excellence.
• Develop and maintain Azure Functions (C# and Python) while overseeing SQL database management to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all systems, maintaining compliance with company standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including RPA, integration (APIGEE), and web application teams—to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

About you

AI Tools Proficiency - Strongly preferred

• Proficient use of AI assistants (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity, code quality, and workflow efficiency

Azure Functions (C# and Python) - Strongly preferred

• Serverless computing and event-driven architectures
• Function development, deployment, and monitoring

SQL Expertise

• Database administration and management
• Query optimization and performance tuning
• Schema design and data modeling

Python Development

• ETL pipeline development and automation
• REST API development and integration
• Data processing and transformation scripts

Data Architecture

• Data modeling and warehousing concepts
• Dimensional modeling and schema design

DevOps & Collaboration

• Git version control and agile methodologies
• CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation (Github Workflows)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality.
