Job Overview

Our client is looking for a highly skilled, Senior eCommerce Creative Designer with strong Shopify and Klaviyo experience to join a fast-growing premium beauty brand.

This is a hands-on execution role requiring daily design output, email marketing expertise, and confidence working inside Shopify. You will play a key role in elevating digital presentation while driving performance across website and email. Our client needs someone fast, commercially aware, highly detail-oriented, and proactive.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design (Daily Execution)

• Design high-quality educational templates and social graphics daily
• Create elevated, clean visuals aligned with premium beauty brands
• Develop launch assets, product education carousels, and campaign materials
• Maintain strong visual consistency across all digital touchpoints

Reels & Short-Form Content

• Create daily reels using pre-existing UGC content
• Develop strong Instagram hook-driven openings to increase retention and watch time
• Edit short-form video optimized for engagement and conversion
• Ensure content feels premium, polished, and aligned with brand tone
• Stay across platform trends while maintaining a refined aesthetic

Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

• Design and build EDM campaigns in Klaviyo
• Improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance
• Optimize flows and email structures
• Review email data and implement improvements to drive revenue growth

Website - Shopify

• Strong understanding of the Shopify backend
• Upload and structure new products accurately and efficiently
• Refresh and update website pages to improve user experience and conversion
• Review returning vs new customer data and identify opportunities
• Assist in refining and reconvening website layout where needed

Performance & Reporting

• Track performance metrics weekly
• Compile clear reports with insights and actionable recommendations
• Identify areas to improve engagement, retention, and conversion

Collaboration

• Coordinate with freelancers and external partners
• Work comfortably and directly with the founder
• Be proactive, solutions-focused, and reliable

Requirements:

Tools & Systems

• Shopify
• Klaviyo
• Figma
• Canva
• Google Drive
• Later or a similar scheduling platform
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Instagram & TikTok

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design with marketing exposure
• Experience working with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• Strong written English skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Hard-working and reliable
• Comfortable working directly with a founder
• Self-starter with strong initiative

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
