Responsibilities

• Support due diligence, feasibility, structuring, and funding and end-to-end management of the process
• Build advanced financial models for acquisitions and capital structuring
• Analyse market data, financial statements, and transaction metrics
• Prepare investor/financier presentations and RFI responses
• Assist in preparing equity and debt documentation
• Partner with internal teams and external advisors

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end experience in real estate investment, private equity, capital markets, consulting, or financing
• Strong commercial real estate knowledge; advanced Excel modelling
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to high performance

They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional pay rate is based on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
