Senior Amazon Graphic Designer

Location: Remote (Philippines only)

Compensation: $1,800-$2,200 USD/month (The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Amazon Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and can deliver conversion-optimized content without sacrificing quality.

This role is primarily focused on Amazon listings but also spans off-channel marketing assets. There’s growth potential into leadership for candidates who naturally identify workflow improvements and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Design (Primary Focus)

  • Create high-converting Amazon listing content: Gallery Images, Premium A+ modules, Brand Stories, Storefront components for 8-12 brands monthly.
  • Design lifestyle imagery and infographics that connect emotionally with customers and highlight product benefits.
  • Leverage AI tools to generate on-brand visual concepts optimized for Amazon.
  • Ensure designs meet Amazon’s technical requirements while maintaining each brand’s unique voice.
  • Optimize visuals for mobile-first viewing and contextual understanding.

Off-Channel Design

  • Design email marketing campaigns (promotions, abandoned carts, launches).
  • Create landing pages for Shopify stores, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Develop paid advertising creative for Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

AI-First Content Creation

  • Use AI generators (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Nano Banana, Sora, Photoshop Generative AI, ChatGPT/Claude) for creative concepts.
  • Balance AI efficiency with brand authenticity and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on AI tools and introduce new creative capabilities.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects across brands and channels independently.
  • Communicate project status, timelines, and potential delays proactively.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities without supervision.

Requirements

Amazon Design Expertise

  • 5+ years designing specifically for Amazon (A+ Content, Brand Stories, Storefronts).
  • Portfolio demonstrating strategic brand storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon image requirements, mobile optimization, and content evaluation tools like Rufus AI.
  • Experience managing multiple brands with different voices and audiences.

Multi-Channel Design Experience

  • Proven ability to design email campaigns, landing pages, and digital ads.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, DTC platforms, or similar e-commerce systems.
  • Understanding of how design needs shift across channels and stages of the customer journey.

AI Proficiency

  • Comfortable incorporating AI tools into daily workflow.
  • Skilled at prompting AI generators for on-brand, conversion-focused content.

Communication & Independence

  • Professional English (written and verbal).
  • Self-directed, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback to maintain quality standards.

Technical Skills

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar collaborative tools.
  • Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, e-commerce UX, and conversion psychology.
  • Knowledge of email design best practices and responsive web principles.

Success Milestones

Months 1-3

  • Deliver 8-12 fully designed projects monthly across Amazon and other channels.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, responsiveness, and independent project management.

Months 3-6

  • Consistently meet quality and timeline goals.
  • Proactively identify and resolve workflow issues.
  • Build trust through reliable, excellent work.

Beyond 6 Months

  • Potential leadership role coordinating creative projects.
  • Mentor other designers and help scale creative operations.
  • Increased responsibility and compensation tied to measurable results.
