Our trajectory includes launching 25 new campuses before 2025 concludes, and each begins with a pivotal interaction: the admissions experience. Your role is central to that experience.
This represents a premium, concierge-level engagement designed for HNW/UHNW families — not a transactional process driven by paperwork or rehearsed scripts. You will manage the complete admissions process for your assigned families from initial contact through transition, providing personalized service at each touchpoint. Your responsibilities include qualifying inquiries, supporting families through their evaluation process, and utilizing AI tools to streamline administrative tasks so you can concentrate on what truly drives results: building relationships, achieving conversions, and establishing trust.

What You Will Be Doing
- Overseeing the complete admissions process for designated families with professionalism, empathy, and operational excellence.
- Assessing inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM analytics, and AI-generated insights.
- Serving as the central contact for all parent correspondence, appointment coordination, and subsequent communications — ensuring a concierge-level experience irrespective of enrollment outcome.
- Employing AI platforms and CRM systems (such as HubSpot) to rank priorities, automate outreach sequences, and minimize administrative overhead.

- Depending on scripts or inflexible procedures — this position demands sound judgment, refinement, and emotional acuity.
- Becoming mired in bureaucratic processes — you will not face extensive cross-functional approvals or delays waiting for others to act.
- Coordinating campus tours, open house events, or admissions gatherings — your influence derives from direct engagement, not event management.
Senior Admissions Specialist Key Responsibilities
Execute a concierge-level, high-conversion admissions experience that cultivates family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth initiative.
Basic Requirements
- 3+ years in a client-focused position with quantifiable conversion metrics (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
- Documented success navigating high-stakes or emotionally nuanced discussions with professionalism and empathy.
- CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience steering multi-phase processes from inquiry to completion.
- Confirmed aptitude with AI tools, automation technologies, and workflow optimization.
- Established capability to handle details with precision — encompassing documentation, follow-through, CRM maintenance, and intuitive understanding of what information remains confidential.
- Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
- Capacity to work evenings and weekends in accordance with family availability.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Experience in luxury retail, private banking, wealth management, or donor relations — sectors where discretion and sophistication are essential.
- Established connections or professional network within high-net-worth family circles.
- Knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or background in K-12 private education or EdTech.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
