Responsibilities

• Manage components of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Prepare and review reconciliations, including cash, accounts payable, and accounts receivable across multiple systems
• Support the preparation of financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
• Collaborate with accounting leadership to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
• Prepare supporting documentation for financial statement footnotes
• Perform regular reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Draft journal entries and supporting schedules
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation
• Support system implementations, including data validation and migration

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting
• Background in lending, fintech, or high-growth environments is highly desirable
• Strong experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
• Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets and synthesize insights into clear outputs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
