Job Overview

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to take the financial helm of a rapidly expanding e-commerce fulfillment leader. This is a rare opportunity to apply your accounting expertise in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment where your insights will directly shape the company’s financial strategy and growth.


From overseeing day-to-day accounting operations to driving high-level financial planning, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, improving efficiency, and supporting expansion efforts—including potential acquisitions in the Philippine market. This role is ideal for a proactive CPA who thrives on solving complex challenges and optimizing processes in a dynamic business setting.


Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST


Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to inform business decisions
  • Ensure strict compliance with Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Oversee payroll processing for a large workforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting activities to guide financial strategy
  • Develop and implement robust accounting policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the financial analyst to deliver actionable financial insights
  • Oversee accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes
  • Support financial due diligence for potential acquisitions and expansion plans


Requirements

  • CPA certification with proven accounting experience (e-commerce or logistics industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax laws
  • Proficiency with advanced accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical ability, and strategic mindset
  • Experience managing payroll for large teams (warehouse/logistics experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with financial trends in e-commerce/logistics (strong advantage)
