Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant (NetSuite) who functions as a Manager to oversee our complex Month-End Close processes during US business hours. This role is responsible for ensuring the absolute accuracy and integrity of financial data while optimizing our accounting operations. As a key team member, you will leverage deep NetSuite expertise to streamline workflows for our modern packaging and production network company. This full-time, permanent work-from-home position offers a consistent schedule (40 hours per week) and immediate hiring.

Responsibiliti

• esFinancial Reporting & Month-End Close: Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Ensure all journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements are completed accurately and within deadline
• s.NetSuite Administration & Optimization: Act as the primary user for NetSuite. Manage data entry, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize workflows to improve financial reporting and automated processe
• s.General Ledger Management: Perform complex balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and intercompany elimination
• s.Accounts Analysis: Monitor and analyze general ledger accounts for discrepancies; provide detailed variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget
