Job Description

Lead and manage the quality assurance team in the Cable Harness division.
Develop and implement quality control processes and standards.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with production teams to address quality-related issues.
Supervise audits and inspections to maintain quality standards.
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Section Manager for Quality (Cable Harness) should have:

A degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry, specifically in quality assurance.
