Job Description

Experience: 0–1 year | Freshers welcome

Type: Full-time | Remote (EST hours)

We’re looking for an SDR to support our acquisitions team by reaching doctors and decision-makers directly, not just dialing numbers.

Your core responsibility is to bypass gatekeepers and connect with doctors using a mix of calls, emails, and text follow-ups.

What You’ll Do

Make outbound calls to doctors and practice owners
Get past receptionists and office managers professionally
Use call + email + text to reach decision-makers
Ask clear questions and book qualified conversations
Update CRM and follow a structured daily process

Who Should Apply

0–1 year experience or fresher with a strong sales mindset
Willing to do high-volume outbound outreach
Resilient, coachable, and open to feedback
