Cyber Program CMO (Capability Management office) is responsible for complete overview and end-to-end delivery management of CISO’s Cyber Evolution program through driving security initiatives across product, engineering and business enablement. This role combines advanced project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with appropriate knowledge of Cybersecurity capabilities and solutions to ensure the successful delivery of Enterprise level high-impact, high-value projects.
How You Will Contribute
- Run and improve a well-structured program management governance and drive consistency and quality in project execution using Mondelez proprietary Tollgate methodology
- Manage Program portfolio in Asana and regularly communicate the key KPIs and KRI’s to Program stakeholders
- Coordinate and align plans and deliverables with Functions (capability teams) and other Program support functions, engage with internal and external partners to ensure successful program delivery
- Represent Program & report its performance in Portfolio & Tower governance forums
- Track, manage and maintain the Program financial health in MSPO incl. Finance LE & actuals tracking, status reporting
- Proactively work with Project Managers to identify and manage risks, and communicate to stakeholders in a productive and engaging manner. Own Program RAID log in Asana
- Manage Program budget and finances in Asana/SAP, review Statements Of Work (SOW’s), track their execution, process invoices
- Engage in the AR preparation process, consolidate the AR inputs from Capability teams into the templates according to Finance requirements
- Maintain Program document repository both in Sharepoint and Asana
- Coach and mentor Project Managers to build capability in the organization
- Provide guidance and steer to program team members in understanding expected outcomes of the program deliverables

- Experience crafting and executing Information Security initiatives, including capturing and redefining requirements into impactful work items

- Proven track record of successful collaboration with internal and external partners
- Communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Understanding of fundamental Cybersecurity concepts with CISSP Certification aspirations
