Job Title: Scaffolding Designer

Job Summary

The Scaffolding Designer is responsible for designing safe and efficient formwork, shoring, and scaffolding solutions in accordance with Australian Standards. This role provides technical support to customers and internal teams while ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and within required timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design formwork, shoring, and scaffolding solutions in compliance with Australian Standards
• Provide technical advice and product support to customers and internal employees
• Ensure all design work follows workplace health and safety, quality requirements, and country regulations
• Promote high-quality technical service and demonstrate leadership by example
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and technical design strategies
• Deliver work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with substantial exposure to the scaffolding industry
• Australian or UK scaffolding experience is highly preferred
• Strong technical and design skills related to scaffolding and temporary works
• Good understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to provide clear technical advice and support
• Effective time management and strong attention to detail
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous learning
