GPC Philippines Corporation is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer This position will work from 12:00 am to 9:00 AM PHT and applies only to Philippine-based legal residents and citizens.

Job Description
The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that support business operations and scalability. This role focuses on building custom functionality using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, configuring declarative automation tools, and ensuring strong system performance, security, and data integrity. The Salesforce Developer will analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions and user stories, troubleshoot complex system issues, and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. This position also manages data migration, enforces governance standards, maintains technical documentation, and contributes to continuous improvement by evaluating new Salesforce features and recommending enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience. Strong problem-solving skills, technical precision, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to meet business requirements and support scalable system growth
Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions, workflows, and automation using declarative tools and best practices
Assess existing Salesforce configurations and recommend improvements to page layouts, record types, security models, and data architecture
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to custom code, integrations, and system performance while documenting root causes and long-term fixes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into user stories with acceptance criteria, and provide technical guidance during Agile planning and backlog grooming
Design, implement, and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring reliable data flow between Salesforce and external systems
Manage data migration activities, validate data integrity, and enforce governance standards across all environments
Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, workflows, deployment processes, and system updates
Monitor platform performance, conduct impact analysis on new Salesforce releases, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize automation, reporting, and overall system functionality
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and declarative tools such as workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation
Hands-on experience with API integrations using REST and SOAP, as well as data migration and data governance best practices
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to custom code, integrations, and system performance
Experience working in Agile environments, including translating requirements into user stories and providing technical input during backlog grooming and sprint planning
Strong documentation skills with the ability to clearly record technical designs, workflows, deployment processes, and system changes
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with close attention to detail
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Night Differential: Additional pay for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM PHT)
