We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to provide remote support for our client in Australia. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the sales process, accurate documentation, and effective communication between our sales team and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team by preparing and processing quotes, invoices, and sales orders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat, ensuring a professional and helpful service experience.
Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and customer reminders through CRM and email systems.
Generate reports for sales management, including sales pipeline and order tracking.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely communication and smooth workflow.
Manage general administration tasks to support daily sales operations.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administration, ideally in a remote setting.
Strong proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot or Zoho experience preferred).
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
Desirable Skills (Advantageous, but not compulsory)
Experience with:
HubSpot or Zoho CRM
Previous experience supporting Australian or international businesses.
