About the role

We are looking for a confident and professional Outbound Cold Caller to engage prospective clients, verify their information, and determine whether they meet established campaign qualifications. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, follows processes carefully, and is comfortable working toward performance and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls using company-provided leads and dialer
• Engage prospects professionally and effectively over the phone
• Gather, verify, and accurately document relevant prospect information
• Qualify prospects according to established campaign criteria and standards
• Follow the approved call flow, scripts, and campaign procedures
• Maintain professionalism and proper communication during every interaction
• Consistently meet campaign productivity, performance, and quality standards
• Participate in quality assurance reviews, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
• Apply feedback to continuously improve call handling and qualification accuracy

About you

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Ability to follow scripts, call flows, and qualification guidelines
• Detail-oriented, coachable, and results-driven
• Comfortable making outbound cold calls and working toward performance targets
• Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or prospect qualification is preferred
• Experience with Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) campaigns is an advantage but not required
